Tristar.com.ua portal, which highlights insurance and crediting themes, has named Ukrainian Insurance Group’s products the best proposition among voluntary motor third-party liability insurance. The Additional secure and Additional secure plus programs allow CMTPLI policies owners to increase the sum insured among the liability for property endamage at UAH 25, 50 or 75 thousand with possible covering of the deductible in amount of UAH 510, prescribed by CMTPL policy. Depending on sum insured, the price of such policies might amount from UAH 50 to 175.
Lviv claim center of Ukrainian Insurance Group has paid UAH 928.2 thousand of insurance compensations during the first quarter of 2009. There were 101 insurance accidents that were settled upon CASCO for amount of UAH 806.3 thousand. Upon obligatory motor third-party liability insurance 17 payments were made in amount of UAH 121.9 thousand.
In March 2009 Ukrainian insurance group has opened two offices in Kyiv. Lviv branch of IC Ukrainian Insurance group has won a tender for insurance of real property owned by building enterprises corporation Galychartbud – ECO-DIM trade mark. As a result of the tender non-residential premises insurance contract was signed between IC UIG and four enterprises of corporation. The total sum insured amounts 51 million UAH. Insurance policy covers fire and natural disaster risks.
